1.3 This Privacy Policy, together with the documents set forth in this Policy, provides the basis on which the Company collects, processes and stores personal data that is collected about Individuals or provided to the Company by Individuals (“Politics“). Individuals are requested to read this Policy carefully in order to gain a correct understanding of the Company's approach and practices with respect to Personal Data and how such data will be processed.
1.4 This Policy applies to all Persons, including Persons who are not registered in the e-shop, insofar as this does not contradict the Purchase Rules and the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
1.5 Individuals are deemed to be familiar with this Policy when they complete the registration form or order form and indicate that they agree to the Terms of Use, of which this Policy is an integral part.
1.6 Individuals can make purchase actions by registering with aistra.eu, as well as without registering.
1.6.1 The person who has not registered is required to provide the following Personal data - name, surname, telephone number, e-mail. postal address, delivery address. The Person is responsible for the accuracy of his / her Personal Data.
1.6.2 Persons wishing to register with aistra.eu must provide their e-mail address and a fictitious Password. An Account is created during registration. In the account, the Person enters his / her own data - name, surname, telephone number, e-mail address, delivery address, therefore he / she is solely responsible for the accuracy of this data. The person is given a User ID. A person may at any time:

1.7 Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of LithuaniaFor the purposes of this Regulation, the data controller is UAB Aromika, a Lithuanian company duly registered and operating in the Republic of Lithuania, legal entity code 300011010, VAT payer code LT100000900111, registered office address T. Masiulio str. 18B, LT-52460 Kaunas.

2.Information that a company collects about individuals
2.1 The Company may collect and process the following information about Individuals:
(a) the information provided by the Persons when filling in the forms in this e-shop at www.aromika.lt("Website“). This information includes information provided when completing the registration form, registering in the e-shop, placing an order, subscribing to the newsletter, sending messages in the system or requesting additional services or reporting malfunctions in the e-shop. The Company may also request the completion of certain forms in order for the Person to participate in competitions, promotions and games organized by the Company;
(b) all correspondence between the Individuals and the Company (both on the Website and by email);
(c) data related to transactions concluded in the e-shop and execution of orders of Persons;
(d) data on the browsing history of Persons in the e-shop and related data;
(e) IP Addresses of Individuals.
2.2 Personal data shall be collected and processed only in the cases provided for in Section 4 of the Policy for the purposes provided for in Section 6.
2.3 Personal data related to e-commerce is stored for 2 (two) years from the date of the Person's last connection to the e-shop system or the Person's last purchase on the Website.
2.4 The data of the persons who submitted the request in the form specified on the Website shall be stored for 1 (one) year) from the last action performed by the Person (sending the request, reply or other).
2.5 The storage period of personal data to be used for direct marketing purposes is 5 (five) years from the last connection to the e-shop system, and if the Person is not registered in the e-shop - 5 (five) years from the date of submission of such data.

3.Cookies
3.1 The Company uses cookies in the e - shop.cookies) in order to distinguish Individuals from other users of the e-shop. In this way, the Company can provide a more pleasant experience for people browsing the e-shop and improve the e-shop itself.
3.2 Cookies are small text files that are stored in the Person's browser or device with the consent of the Person.
3.3 Cookies used in the Company's activities allow the Company to identify and count visitors, allow to see the actions of visitors in the e-shop, allow to improve the operation of the e-shop.

4.Cases of personal data processing
Personal data may be processed if:
(a) A Person provides information about himself / herself to the Company using the Company's Website and / or the services provided by the Company (except for data processing activities that require the separate consent of the Person's subject);
(b) The person gives consent;
(c) enter into or perform a contract with the Company where one of the parties is a Person;
(d) seeks to protect the essential interests of the Person;
(e) they must be processed for the legitimate interest of the Company or of a third party to whom the Personal Data is disclosed and where the interests of the Person are not overriding.

5.Storage of personal data
5.1 All data provided by Individuals is securely stored on the Company's servers. All payment transactions are encrypted. In the event that Individuals are provided with passwords (or are selected by the Individuals themselves) that enable the Individuals to use certain features of the e-shop, the Individuals are responsible for the confidentiality of the passwords. The Company kindly asks Individuals not to disclose or share passwords with third parties.
5.2 If the Company has doubts about the accuracy of the Personal Data provided by the Person, the Company has the right to suspend the processing of this Personal Data, to check and correct this data.
5.3 Despite the fact that the Company makes every reasonable effort to protect Personal Data, the Company cannot guarantee the secure transfer of data to the e-shop. Any data transfer procedures are performed at the sole risk of the Person. From the moment of receiving the data, the Company applies extremely strict Personal Data Protection Procedures and technical and organizational measures to ensure protection against unauthorized access to Personal Data.

6.Use of personal data
6.1 The Company uses Personal Data in order to:
(a) ensure that the content of the e-shop is presented in the most efficient and appropriate way for Individuals;
(b) provide the Persons with information, goods or services which the Persons request or which may be of interest to the Persons, provided that the Persons have consented to be informed for that purpose;
(c) be able to perform its obligations under contracts entered into with the Persons, including, but not limited to, the provision of data by the Person and its representatives (whose consents the Person has obtained) to a bank selected by the Companyand the Bank's payment portal services to the technical providerfor the purpose of electronic commerce, consenting to their processing. The Company informs that Individuals have the right to demand to restrict the processing of Personal Data performed by the Bank and the Technical Provider of the Payment Portal;
(d) enable individuals to use the interactive features of the e-shop if they so request;
(e) Individuals are informed of changes in the services provided by the Company.
6.2 The Company may send information related to the Company's goods and services by electronic means (e-mail) to persons who have given their consent to use their data for marketing purposes at the time of sale of goods or in a special form. In case the Person does not wish to receive such offers, he may inform the Company about the rejection of such offers by e-mail.@ aromika.ltor by clicking on the relevant link in any tender notification already sent to the Person.
6.3 The Company's offers will be sent by electronic means to persons who have not provided their contact details at the time of sale of the goods only if the Persons have explicitly consented to such processing of their data.
6.4 Persons may express their consent to receive the Company's offers as specified in clauses 6.2 and 6.3 of this Policy:
(a) by ticking the appropriate box at the time of ordering the Goods;
(b) by subscribing to the Company's newsletter.

7.Disclosure of information
7.1 The Company has the right to disclose Personal Data to third parties when it is necessary to fulfill / deliver the Personal Order. Personal data is transferred to logistics companies and banking institutions selected by the Company.
7.2 Personal data may be disclosed to State Institutions in cases when required by the Legal Acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

8. Rights of individuals
8.1 Individuals have the right to apply to the Company and refuse to process their personal data for the purposes of direct marketing and marketing research. The Company informs Individuals (before collecting data) about their possible use for direct marketing purposes or their possible disclosure to third parties.
8.2 In order to exercise his right to opt out of the processing of his data for direct marketing purposes, the Person must select the appropriate link in the direct marketing offers sent or contact the Company by e-mail hello@ aromika.ltand notify of your waiver.
8.3 Persons have the right to:
(a) be informed of the processing of their data;
