UAB "Aromika" guarantees its customers the highest quality goods and services, but if you still want to cancel the remote contract for any reason, you can do so within 14 (fourteen) days from the day of delivery of the goods to the buyer.

The following conditions must be observed when returning goods:
  • The returned item must be in its original, neat, undamaged packaging.
  • The product must be undamaged by the buyer.
  • The product must be unused, without losing its merchandise appearance (labels and protective film intact, etc.).
  • The returned product must be of the same composition as the one received by the buyer; the gifts received for the purchase must be returned at the same time.
  • You have a purchase document (cheque or VAT invoice).

If the item you wish to return meets all of the above conditions, please email by mailinfo@aromika.ltsubmit a request (free form) to return the product. After receiving your request, we will contact you within 2 (two) working days and agree on the details of returning the product. After receiving the product and making sure that the product complies with the return rules, within 3 (three) days. we will return the money to the account specified by you. Shipping and return costs of quality goods are not compensated. In the event of disagreements, disputes are resolved on the Electronic Consumer Dispute Resolution Platform.
